STEP #1 Study the vocabulary and powerpoint below.
Form: a shape that has become three dimensional. Form has HEIGHT, WIDTH and DEPTH.
Value: refers to the lightness or darkness of a color.
Light source: any device serving as a source of illumination.
Stippling: A method of drawing using dots or short strokes.
Crosshatching: is when you use irregular lengths of parallel lines that cross over each other diagonally.
Blending : is when you use your pencil to create soft gradual movements from one value to the next using full value range.
